Byck's PTA is a group of excited parents and teachers that want to enrich your students life at Byck!

But we need your help!  Got a talent that could benefit the school?  Let us know!  Have some extra time you can dedicate to enriching the programs at Byck?  We could use your help!  Got great new ideas and suggestions?  We'd love to hear them!  Get involved...it's the best thing you can do for your child!  Kids LOVE to see their parents at school.  You can contribute something...regardless of how little time you have.  Give us a shout and we'll tell you how!

We love Byck because of it's uniqueness!  It's Waldorf-Inspired, Talent Development and Talented and Gifted Programs truly make Byck a one of a kind school.  Music, Art & Creativity are a strong focus as well as teaching the social responsibilities to the children and not just the academic.  Waldorf philosophy teaches the head, hands and heart...that holds true for all of our classes.  Teachers make is their personal task to understand each child and help to create a responsible citizen, develop their talents and teach core curriculum.  Go to the school website to find out more.  Byck Elementary

Our mission is to enrich the student/teacher experience at Byck by doing everything possible to support student and teacher wishes and create new ideas that bring the family, students and staff together in a fun, caring environment.

National PTA Mission Statement:  The mission of the National PTA is to support and speak on behalf of children and youth in the school, in the community and before governmental bodies and other organizations, to assist parents in developing the skills they need to raise and protect their children and to encourage parent and public involvement in the public schools.
